Well here he is and an outstanding job again by the very talented Dimitry - a.k.a. Gaudin. Love him, he has such attitude and looks so hard and menacing.(y)

I fell right behind with this post Richie, however what a great subject and not something I expected,I'll have a better look at Folkestone :)

Hi All,
I have just received the first few castings from Steve after his Euro rush and they are superb, I'm well impressed with both sculpting and casting. I have just spent a happy couple of hours getting this ready and the chimp. Photo's are straight from undercoating and a bit shiny and darker shade than I normally use. Pip the Rorke's Drift terrier titled "and snappeth the spear in sunder" is now available for sale. The world wide price including shipping is £39.50.
All the parts are cast in grey resin and Pip the terrier kit consists of 10 parts. The chimp is also cast in grey resin and consist of 5 parts.
I do not know if I'm going to sell copies of the chimp, although I have had some copies done so I can send Dimitry a.k.a. Gaudin one. But if a (pri)mate or two of mine would like a copy a may consider it.
Hope you like them, I love them, but there again I'm biased.:) I hope, these fun tongue in cheek pieces from 1879 Miniatures make you smile.:):):)
cheers
Richie
