He is in KU Leuven, lovely town/city stunning architecture, even better bier. Really came across as a safe, welcoming and friendly place, rather miffed we had to come back but with the amount we spent we couldn't have stayed much longer! Plus I need my own bed!

Well after yesterday when I diid nothing of consequence after getting annoyed and making a side project have an altercation with the desk I actually got something done today, beyond repairing all the damage.

First up the Spaniard now has the start of his right arm with a Figure in Italy hand, also I have started making the height and basic shape of the sun helmet. Still a lot to do with this but I find it easier to build it in small instalments, especially the brim.



Then the Legionnaire had much the same work carried out plus a, hopefully, decent 'tash.

Small but significant progress today, both have had their right arms finished off. In both cases I added a little putty to the left arms to make them match up better.

Both have also had more shape added to the sun helmets which are now starting to look like they should, I'll be adding more putty before setting too with files and sanding sticks to refine the shape.
