Ron Rabbie Burns was never a Lowlander, He was an Ayrshire man! Descended from a family who lived in North East Scotland (between Aberdeen and Sonehaven actually).
He moved to Ayrshire to get away from the arguements and now you have started them again!

The Catholic Church only in recent years relented and allowed Catholics to become Freemasons. I believe it goes back to George 1st becoming King, and the United Grand Lodge of England was formed and then broke away from the Scottish Lodge who were and still are the Senior. The UGL of England swore an allegiance to German George and renounced all history prior to him coming to the throne thereby scuppering a Stewart claim should one arise in the future. From then on the Duke of Kent became the Grand Master 33 rd Degree. There are only 32 for other Masons.The Sinclairs in Scotland were Templars and guardians of the Masonic rites, and Rosslyn bears witness to this. Even Cromell when he was wrecking havoc every where else, ordered that not a stone at Rosslyn was to be damaged. He knew a thing or two. The whole point of Freemasonry is to protect the Status Quo. In England.

:ROFLMAO::hilarious:
I don't know why but that little diddy popped in my head when I read that post. My Nanny used to sing that in the kitchen while she cooked the taste out of dinner ;) Dear old Brighton Betty

Cant wait now the shouting is over, for the first meeting of the great minds!
Monday will see a meeting of David Cameron, Ed Milliband, Nick Clegg, Tubby Nuts and Waterman. Any other selfseeking Patronising Tosser as the above gang are free to join but I am sure most people are just more interested in the Future of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Has Father Jack been antagonising you again :)

Don count me out, I just say what I see from the outside looking in. Not patronising at all, but I do have an issue with politicians, and my only other issue is why should one part of the UK be offered something that the rest have not got just to keep you in. You are either in or out, and should you go out, I think that you will handle yourselves very well. But I think that by tomorrow you will still be in, because of the analogy of the grown up kids still at home with mum and dad that won't move out, because it's a comfort to have a fall back. Those that never made a mistake never made anything as the saying goes.

Sorry Waterman I got it wrong, too carried away with the big change or the not big change.
Like you I have said many times there are many places to sort out in UK. Cornwall has always wanted to be free but what about Devon, Kent, Norfolk,Northumbria to name but a few.I would like to take Camerons Asterity and shove it. Only people not suffering are the very rich.
Thats alright for me but I do so worry about you poor people! Now thats patronsing.
Cheers Mate
