Thanks Jay and Kenneth! I appreciate the kind words.

I have a few projects on deck-The Fredricksburg vignette, a vignette of British Guards assulting the entrenched Schellenberg hill before the Battle of Blenheim in 1704. A Brunswick dragoon from the AWI. And possibly a ACW subject. This should keep me busy thru the winter into spring.

Hello Jason,

that is another figure that has been done very well by talented hands.

I´m looking forward to see your next procect.

Cheers,
Markus

Nice figure and done in two weeks! Nice leopard print on the hat, by the way. I have the book and this guy looks just like the illustration. I'm painting some mounted light dragoons on a smaller scale (25mm). Please say you'll bring some stuff to the show in a couple weeks! (y)

Wow Jason, what a beautifull figure, and so quick!

I like the expression in the face a lot. The Hornet heads are fabulous, aren't they? They are the main reson I mostly work in 1/35th: so I have a wide choice of expressions! But your painting, and especially the eyes, compliment this head perfectly. I like the cloack a lot too, and how the sabre-"thing" hangs under it.

The pose is very nice too, but I feel it would maybe even be better if he had some more vomume at the front of his belly, so the arch of the back would be more obvious.

Congrats, and best wishes!

Marijn
