The flowers are underpainted!

As for the tulips, they are already being given an underpainting that largely corresponds to the later color ...:



It is different with the daffodils and the carnations! They are - covered - underlined with white ...



... which will benefit the later luminosity of the colors - especially the yellow ...:

The yellow daffodils are now ready too!

The underpainting with white really paid off - the yellow ...



... didn't cause any problems - and I think it looks very good too ...:









Now the white daffodils - and then I have to realize my idea of what the stems are wrapped in ...
