Hi all, I’ve had two ideas rattling around my head for the last few months and have been collecting bits ready to make a start. Last night I finally got around to starting to piece them together and here we are.
The first is a British officer in Italy in early 1945, I’ve been reading my grandfather’s memoirs and wanted something that fits with an image I had in my head. The plan is for him to be pausing on patrol and looking up at a the top of the hill or a passing plane.
The second is part of my rapidly growing collection of East Riding Yeomanry figures, this time a chap having a brew In Palestine in 1917.
These are based on my 3d printed mannequin, I’ve changed the model a bit which I think helps with the proportion issues I had last time and I’ve made more use of the guides someone helpfully shared with me last time as a reference so hopefully the anatomy will look more natural.
Thanks for looking.
