I've got the park wall today, i hace to say that the scale 1/35 works rather well with these beefier 40mm chaps.

Thanks my friend, it was a little bit of challenge since the park gate came without the iron fence or whatever you call it, so i had to adapt one from a spare 28mm scenery park gate, i like the end result .

This is wild, the whole thing, Daniel. Wow!

I was grumbling about going back to 1/35th scale after working 120mm, but yet you seem to pull this off so effortlessly. I'm intimidated by the drummer's coat; your detail is awesome. I'm betting your daughter is really enjoying this project too. Great work doesn't say enough!

Cheers, Ski.

Hi Ski,
Thank you so much for your kind words, i really appreciate it.
I've started painting 54/60mm figures back in the day, i did some 120 and 90mm as well, then i discover these chaps in 40mm, they are great to paint up and i try to use them for a small vignettes .
I did some 28mm , few vignettes but the one major project was my Yorktown Diorama, it took me about 7 years to complete, crazy , i felt discourage at times, but finished .
Try 40mm figures, they are becoming popular and increasing in their historical range.
Best regards

Great to see you posting the benchtime especially in your hectic work and BBQ schedules...lol

Fine fellows and fine painting

Didn't realise the weapons were separate..impressive , must be fiddly to work with !

Lovely grouping of figures as well , like that officer and how all faces look different

Always a pleasure to see the artwork
