Nice. Could you please explain how did you make that smooth ?

Sure thing, I use several things, one is a paddle shaped tool, the backside of sand paper and a wide flat brush.

Beautiful work on the facial features, the mouth is very well formed and feminine. Looking forward to seeing more of this one as she develops, looks very promising.
