Here are a couple of Historex figures I am working on for a club project. It will be a corner of a Grenadier square at Waterloo.

Marvellous, and all the other words you can think of to describe these little gems....

(I would put a smiley face ,but emoticons do not work.......)

Pete,
Great project! You know how I love Historex! It should be great to see the finished project at the show. I wish I had time to be a part.

Best Regards,
Rod

I've been working on assemblying them all day. The Grenadier's earings and his rifle sling were the worst. Dropping itty-bitty parts on the floor, then crawling aroung with the opti-visor...well, you know that story. I haven't fixed the hands yet. I plan to paint the figure before adding the rifle and the flag. I see a couple of places where I have to smooth out the putty. Please let me know what you see that needs correcting.
Thanks,
Pete

Thanks guys. I am looking forward to seeing the whole bunch (15-20) figures all placed together to represent the corner oa a square.

Went to the club meeting today. They started to assemble the project. Turns out there are 21 foot soldiers and one mounted officer in the square. It's going to look really good, I say. It will be up for auction at the 2016 show. I think I am going to have to put in a bid for it.

very nice work.
I have a full plastic box with Historex figures and all that kind of stuff.
I save it for when i retaire.

Marc

If you are like me, I will have to live for 150 years after I retire if I am to paint all the figures in the GA. I must have about a hundred mounted Historex figures alone, not to mention all the other guys waiting for their turn on the workbench.
