Couple of iffy pics ...belt now changed ....will look better once painted...I will add any stitching with paint ...hopefully ...oh and yes there is the insignia in the middle of star !!!

Ribbons all finished as are the new epaulettes , actual medals and stars next , then the belts , the ribbon , crucifix , face , helmet ...and then hands with flowers

....It's getting there !

Couple of update pics

Medals all done crucifix done , buckle done ...though will probably relook at this !

Next will be the stones above the crucifix , then the 3 remaining stars , belts , ribbon and pin badge

Going to do some rework on uniform colour after reaching this stage

Do you want to change the color completely? I hope not.
I'd only give more highs on the jacket, just for the final touch, some rus green mixed with yellow.

Thanks for posting appreciate your comment as for the uniform colour , no not change completely , revisit the highs and shadows ...base is Vallejo Russian Green VAL 924

Stay tuned ...struggling on the belts atm ..no idea why !!

Hi to all

Picture update on this fellow ( the light caught the eyes ! )

All medals , ribbon ( this was painted several times and given a slight sheen for silk ) buckles and belts completed

...still to paint the crucifix chain ...revisted the base colour ...will finished that off today

...then it's the buttons and flesh-work

....helmet ( need to make straps to hang down each side )

...flowers will be last after the hands

ALL comments ideas welcome
